1. Acceptance of Terms
By authenticating via Google and accessing our protected dashboard, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
This website provides a curated directory, opening hours, and informational summaries of luxury and vintage watch shops across Tokyo (including Ginza, Nakano, Shibuya, Ueno, and Omotesando).
3. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer
All shop details are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep descriptions and opening hours updated, retail schedules and store policies change frequently. We are not affiliated with the watch dealers listed. The service is provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of store hours, locations, or inventory. We strongly recommend verifying directly with the shops before your visit.
4. User Responsibilities
You must use a valid Google account to access the site's features. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach the Supabase backend, or scrape the directory data for commercial redistribution.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the website operators be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, travel inconveniences, or financial losses resulting from your use of this directory or your interactions with the third-party watch shops listed herein.
